I don't know about that. I think if any of the sisters apart from Phoebe would've ever gotten with Cole, it would be Prue. They clearly had a bit of a love-hate thing going on in a lot of their tandem scenes, plus Shannen and Julian actually dated at the time and went onto do a movie together.

Honestly, I think they're all great actors and characters and any of them could've been written together, but with Prue in that scenario it would've felt the most real. (I know I suggest Paige in another loosely similar thread, but I take that back now.) Even so, it would probably fall cleanly short of what Phoebe and Cole had.
