I am saying a girl because in the vision she had she saw that she had a girl.

IF phoebe's child would have been born before the season ended then it would have been a girl because that was always destined for her.... and hey she did end up having a girl! (as seen in 'forever charmed')

If phoebe really does have a kid I think that she would be better off with having a daughter instead of a son

I think that Phoebe should have a girl because she grew up with sisters so she will know what to expect.
