What did you think of the Pilot episode? I didn't like the Pilot episode very much. The actress Lori Rom was not close to as good as Alyss is at Phoebe. What did you think of the Pilot?

Well the pilot with out Alyssa or Ted King was rubbish..coz Lori Rom doesnt fit with Shannen or Holly but the pilot with Alyssa is brilliant..a great start for a TV show IMO.

Lori can't act at all. I hated her, Glad I didn't see it the first time I watched Charmed. I might have not wanted to watch Charmed. She is a very very, Poor actress. Glad Arron spelling got Alyssa to join the cast.

I really hated that Lori played Phoebe...Alyssa is much better, and I don't know why she didn't act in Pilot too

I agree that Lori cant act..shes on an eppy of CSI i ahev on DVD and she is an awful actress in that too..cant see Charmed having lasted anywhere near as long with her in it..so thank god for Alyssa lol  |

i didn't like it with lori rom but loved it with alyssa no one could play phoebe like alyssa lori just didn't fit im glad they chose alyssa did anyone else notice that lori was taller then both holly and shannen lol i did lol

Yea, I noticed that also, but in a way that is the way it is now. Rose is about 3 inches taller than Holly and Alyssa, but Rose just seems to fit more, Lori didn't.

yeah exactly it just wasn't that she was taller it was everything she just didn't fit at all.

it was ok! was def not as good as the opener to season 2,3,4,5,6,7,or 8. but it was a good beginning!

The pilot episode sucked all the people looked wrong that played Andy, and jeremy. Lori Rom just did not look like a person who is free spirited. Alyssa Milano is a great Phoebe and should always be Phoebe.

Alyssa plays the part of phoebe better than any actress I could think of to play the part... |

I agree. Alyssa is the absolute perfect Phoebe. She really grabs your attention. Lori just seemed kind of dull, and just didn't bring the life to the show that Alyssa does. I personally don't think that charmed would have gone on close to as long if Lori had stayed as Phoebe and Alyssa hadn't come onto the cast.

As much as I dislike Pheebs. Alyssa is the right person to play her, she has that free spirited feel about her..and a sort of naivety aswell.
