She is a good mother and a great sister. She has so much love to give.... but she always wants to life a normal life and somtimes hates it being a witch. so i think to be a good witch you have to love your profession all the time. like prue and phoebe do. she is just a powerful witch, because she has been granted with great powers. if she and phoebe would switch their powers, she would definitely suck at the job.
