You know that Piper and Greg the fireman were not good together either. He really did not fit in.

No i don't think so either i think the worst couple was Piper and Josh because she didn't really love him and that showed when she told him to take the job.

True. They were not the greatest couple. He just did not fit in for my taste.

Okay, I'm not gonna just say "I hate this guy" or "I hate that guy", add something as a reason, and just leave it at that. I'm gonna briefly go through every single one of these couples, grouping them all by the sister involved, so yuo can get a better idea what I'm thinking here. (Oh, and just to entertain you guys, there will be nods to each man's actor.)
Piper's lovers
Dan: It's only natural that I wanna start off with Piper and Dan, the couple mostly everyone hates. And I wanna start there by saying that no, that was not a horrible couple, and Dan was not a horrible guy. The fact is, he simply wasn't cut out for the Charmed life. Leo was such a better fit it wasn't even funny. Which is epitomized in his rejection of her once she tells him that she's a witch. And I think that was the whole underlying purpose of Dan's character in the first place. So Piper could realize she truly loves Leo, and so everyone could see how great Leo and Piper could be together actually moving the show into a full-on Piper and Leo relationship, thus making it that much more special. Let's face it, folks. Greg Vaughan probably figured out that his role as Dan was a mere extensive plot device to set the stage for the greatness of Piper and Leo. The way he did his job, I'm actually proud of him.
Josh: He was alright, I guess, for a couple episodes or so. Someone for Piper to take her mind off Leo with for a time being. But if someone told me she would be spending the rest of her life with him, I'd die from the first teensy little speck of laughing gas that came my way. He never fit into any other aspect of Piper's life at all. Funny thing is, if this character had gone by his actor's real name, Shawn Christian, he might've actually had a better shot.
Greg: Even worse than Josh. He was a stand. His lack of importance was worse than a cameo. Pat Benatar was more important than him three seconds into her appearance. The fact that they had Chris show him Piper and Leo close and then he just quit tells you how much even the producers thought he sucked. Jason Shaw, I'm sorry, but you have absolutely nothing to be proud of. We all know your role as Greg couldn't mean more than a quick payday.
Paige's lovers
Glen: He and Paige were… okay, I guess. It was kinda cute to see the two longtime friends try to make due as a couple, and he seemed adventurous enough that he would be able to take the Charmed life to an extent, but their natural fit is definitely as good friends rather than as lovers. (Trust me, I've had experience.) Then again Jesse Woodrow clearly is not among the best romantic performers of all time. He served as a good short glimpse into Paige's life, but the way she obsessed over him when he was with that Jessica girl was annoying, though I guess that strike's actually against the witch doctors turning the sisters' personal drives against them (which is always annoying).
Richard: I'm pretty sure he meant well, sort of. Decent enough guy at heart, and a witch to boot, meaning he understood the Halliwell lifestyle considerably better than 73% of the guys on this list. But… the whole magical Hatfield vs. McCoy bad karma thing told you this was doomed from the beginning, and unlike Julian McMahon was as Cole Turner, Balthazar Getty as Ric was definitely not interesting enough to keep it really intriguing. (How extremely odd. His real name is so close to the Cole character's demon name Belthazor.) And especially that episode where he kept making up magical flowers for her, completely killed it. It wasn't an epic fail by any means, but it definitely didn't work. There's a huge irony involved here, because when it came to his real life thing with Sienna Miller in 2008, he certain showed he could keep that relationship intriguing right from the get-go.
Kyle: This guy was actually pretty cool. He was an FBI agent who had an understanding of magic and even managed to smooth his own way into becoming a huge part of their life. I really felt like the character bonded with Paige a lot, especially during the episode where he finally figured out that the Avatars were not the ones who killed his parents. Sure, the fact that he was still after them is what brought him to an end, but he was a character that was actually worth the time to build with Paige. Kerr Smith gets much credit from me for his work as Kyle.
Prue's lovers
Bane: Prue and Bane was a small flirtation which formed into a really close bond of trust, but there was only minimal couple potential there. I can't even tell if they kissed or not, and if they did it had to be in his first episode (Ms. Hellfire). Though, I guess it could've been a lot worse. I'd read once that the original actor who was asked to play Bane was someone the cast girls wanted no part of that way. So Antonio Sabato Jr. was extremely fortunate to have a character in this boat.
Jack: He was pretty cool, but also quite the immature little guy. These days he reminds me too much of the loudmouth wrestling character Mr. Kennedy or even some guy Shannen's old Beverly Hills, 90210 character Brenda Walsh would date. Not relationship material for someone like Prue at all unless she wanted to get constantly irritated at the hands of her man for the rest of her life. (Which sadly turned out not to be so long. Making this even worse.) And Lochlyn Munro would go on from this role to develop a reputation for being a reliable actor for overly competitive Mr. Kennedy-esque loudmouth characters. Nice to see working with Prue could carve up such an annoying niche for ya, kid.
Phoebe's lovers
Before I begin with this sectiom, this is the section that I wanted to save for last. Because Phoebe's love life is the one which I believe slowly proceeded to tank after Cole. It's a good thing Clay (the first guy she was with on the show) wasn't put on this list, because he's just a light foreshadow of Cole and I don't think I need to go through this one. Plus he came before Cole, which breaks the continuity that I'm glad to be able to establish here.
Jason: He actually wasn't really that bad of a guy either. The fact is, he was a very good rebound for Phoebe after the end of Cole, though that doesn't exactly say very much. The fact that he was able to somewhat successfully balance out being her boyfriend and her boss was a testament not only to the amazing control his character contained, but to how far Phoebe's had come from the futureless girl with no vision that Prue used to relentlessly chide. Sure, it was a huge shoot-down that he found out about the Charmed secret in a very sudden way and then subsequently took so long to understand it that their relationship had already fallen apart by then, plus even he was a noticeable step down from Cole, but congratulations Eric Dane, your character was pretty good.
Leslie: The first of Phoebe's three "you gotta be kiddin' me" men. First of all, there was absolutely not even an attempt to remotely fit anything Phoebe was doing with Leslie into anything she did as a Charmed One. Which right there already shows you how little faith anyone had in Leslie's long-term value. The fact that Nick Lachey played this guy didn't exactly help matters, either. Which might also contribute to my second objection to this pairing, that being that the chemistry between him and Phoebe didn't even come close to matching or mirroring how well Jason did, needless to say anything about Cole. They seriously never got past saying they "like" each other, and I didn't see anything wrong with that. That tells you how bad that is.
Dex: You know what? This is just ridiculous. I can't believe I'm even talking about this guy. First of all, Jason Lewis looks like Ted DiBiase Jr., or that dude that played Logan Echolls from Veronica Mars. And I thought Nick Lachey was a bad idea? There is no way you give this guy a non-magical character and expect him and Phoebe to work as a pair. Secondly, to make things worse, it wasn't even Phoebe he was with. It was Phoebe's bad glamoured cousin identity Julie Bowen. And quite frankly, that short saga was an all-around disaster. So can I please stop talking about this? Cause I need to save my headache energies for the next one.
Coop: The fact that Phoebe ended the show settling down with him was an absolute travesty of the times. I'm sorry, but there's no other way to put it. I mean, for crying out loud, he is the exact opposite of what Phoebe looks for and is about. First of all, he falls right into her lap and isn't even here for the better part of a season. Second of all, he's completely boring. He goes on and on about the paramount greatness of love… now, granted he is a cupid, but come on! You knew where this was going. A cupid more physically nice-looking than the one she quickly got into a fling with coming to her and taking her on a journey to help her find love, and nobody could tell that he was gonna enter some sort of romance with her and end up as her settle-down man to end the series with? And for crying out loud… they had to throw in the whole "forbidden love that isn't really forbidden" storyline? What, they really thought they could play that out over the course of seven episodes and it would be even half as good as Piper and Leo or Phoebe and Cole? And if they really needed a Canadian to fill the role that badly, why didn't they call WWE and get them to give up Adam Copeland for the cause with a character similar to his wrestling Edge persona, instead of coming out with Victor Webster, a guy who's honestly as plain as they come? Seriously, Kerndog. What a bad move.
I think we all know my answer from this.

I can honestly say that the worst couple award would have to go to Piper & Dan because it didn't really seem like they were ever gonna work. I mean Dan was always way too jealous whenever he saw Piper & Leo together and jealousy always ruins a relationship. Another reason why I think that they weren't going to work is because Piper & Leo are meant to be together and Piper & Dan aren't
