Launch PSP (I use 9) go to: Layers - Duplicate. You'll now have two layers. Go to: Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur... radius: 4,00 If you take a look at the box with the layers, there are two options there called Opacity and Blend Mode. On the Copy of Background, you put the Blend Mode to Overlay and change the Opacity to how soft you want it to look. I hope that helped a bit. I actually do most of that, I don't change the Blend Mode to Overlay. I never knew to do that lol. But I will definitely give that a try! . Thanks, I appreciate it!

I use adobe photoshop and paint shop pro 9 for banners and icons. I'm learning new stuff in adobe photoshop. I'm mostly familiar with psp 9.
