Out of these ones I would have to say Leo. it depends on how many times you count it because in some eps Piper is calling for Leo and he doesnt come, so she says it again. Also a few not mentioned, wouldn't be the most used phrases in charmed but definitely used quite a bit would be Paige "that went swimmingly" and after Nate she asks every guy she is with about being married and Piper going on about the club being the only source of income.

I think LEO! The sisters were always calling for him when he was there whitelghter but ill go check the book of shadows is a very close second.
