^ Daz, get $100, head to your nearest computer store, find PSP, exchange your money for PSP, and viola, you have your own graphics program.
I have a version where it doesn't involve money if you like.

Unfortunately, with PSP it isn't a free program, you can't download it (legally). There's another graphics program called the GIMP that you can download free of charge.
