Post all season 1 Bloopers here. Here's one that I found. It's just a small blooper though. In That '70's episode.. theres a goof in the continuity
Patty is upstairs talking to grams.. picking out a dress, and leaves. Using what we would assume her own car.
The "older" charmed ones "kidnap" the "younger" charmed ones When they leave they take Gram's Falcon convertable, and go to the park.. where they are found by the police. (follow along here.. Patty didnt take the Falcon convertable)
Patty bails the girls out of jail.. and they are walking to the car. Piper asks Patty where the little ones are... and she tells them "...home with Grams.. I called her before I came here.. thats how I found out you had been arrested...." Then they get into the Falcon convertable.
Now... Patty didnt have the car, so it must have been given back to Grams with the girls. If Patty only called, instead of going home from the visit with Nicolas, how did she get it?
anyone else ever notice this?

i have more season 1 bloopers! they came from a mistakes website :
In later seasons, Phoebe needs to touch things to get a premonition, but throughout season 1 she gets them constantly without touching anything (ie in "Something Wicca This Way Comes", her premonition about the two skateboarders).
Something Wicca This Way Comes: The newspaper which you can see Prue holding at the end of this episode (right before she 'half-blinks' to shut the door) has something written on it like yadda yadda yadda 'Doubt Fire' yadda yadda yadda. Yep, thats right, the same newspaper from Mrs Doubtfire.
At the very beginning, we see Phoebe running to the house. Not Piper. The way the episode is edited would have you think it was actually Piper returning to the house. Inspection of the umbrellas they carry into the house will show that the one from the beginning is the same as the one Phoebe brings with her. Piper's umbrella is black with white spots whereas Phoebes is black with a trim around the outside.
When Prue wonders where the cream is, the little container thereof slides along the table to her. Then the cream drains from the container and burbles up through her coffee. However, that's completely discontinuous with how Prue's power ever worked at any other time in the next three years. The cream should have needed to leap out of the container and into the coffee, simply traveling physically across space.
At the end of the episode the newspaper Prue is holding keeps changing from facing the camera to facing her. And as she turns to the house she drops her hand (and the newspaper) to her side but in the next shot she is holding it to her chest again.
I've Got You Under My Skin: In the previous episode, Piper tried out for a job as a chef at a restaurant called "L'Opera Ristorante" and was hired by Chef Moore. Then in this episode, she works at a bar and restaurant called "Quake," but she talks about Chef Moore quitting and leaving her in charge of the establishment, so it's not meant to be a different place.
Thank You for Not Morphing: In the scene where Prue comes home and finds Andy inside the manor. There is a shot where if you look behind Andy's shoulder you can see half of the body of the director in the background in the observatory room sitting in a director's chair.
In this episode one of the shape shifting demons from across the street attempted to take the book of shadows out of the house. He managed to carry the book to the door, but could not take it past the threshold of the house. But in the later series it is always stated that evil cannot touch the book of shadows.
Dead Man Dating: Andy gives Prue a key as an early birthday gift, and tells her that it's a key to the Calistoga Spa, where he has arranged for them to spend the following weekend, in adjoining rooms. But where did the key come from? You get a room key when you check into a resort, not the week before your vacation.
When Prue runs into Susan Trudeau at the restaurant, she asks if she's Andy's sister, only to find she's his ex-wife. But Prue knew Andy all through high school - she would have known he didn't have a sister.
The Wedding from Hell: When the Charmed Ones run up to the bedroom at the end of the episode, Prue can't find the poignard as she rummages through her black purse. Elliot, who has fallen from the bed, suddenly picks up the poignard from the ground, where it is sitting next to a black purse. The way the shot is set up, it looks as if the purse has fallen there, and the poignard fell out. But since Prue is still holding the purse that the poignard was supposed to be in, and she hadn't been to that room before, the poignard's presence on the floor is completely inexplicable.
The Truth Is Out There... and It Hurts: In this episode the truth spell is before the demons page in the Book of Shadows, but in 'Out of Sight' the truth spell is after the demons page.
When the demon approached Tanya in the elevator, there were several other people in there with them. The demon immediately started talking about how hard it was to find her, and how she was never alone - which she still isn't, but he doesn't mention that. From Tanya's facial expression, she thought he was very creepy. We cut to Phoebe and Prue trying to get to Tanya before the demon can kill her. Then we see the demon dragging Tanya through the parking lot. But they were in an elevator full of people, and he was some sort of masher, at the very least. Plus, she was in the middle of work, transporting a loaded dolly, so it's extremely unlikely that he could have lured her away. How did he manage to drag her out and into the parking lot?
In the teaser, the demon attacks Dr. Mitchell, killing him and also destroying his irises. His eyes turn white, and later dialogue confirms that the irises were gone from his eyes. However, when the Charmed Ones find his corpse, his eyes are open and his irises are visible.
In the lift (elevator), Tanya has a white top beneath her blue jumper (sweater), but in the manor, she doesn't have a white top on.
The morning after Prue says the truth spell, Piper is wearing a green shirt with a necklace, but when she goes to Quake, she is wearing a white top with a necklace, and when Piper is back at the manor, she is wearing the same green top, but without a necklace.
When Phoebe asks Piper what she thinks of her boss, you can see that Holly's tattoo has been covered up, because that part of her wrist is darker than her skin.
The Witch Is Back: When Prue describes the way the warlock Matthew traveled instantaneously, Miranda tells the sisters that it's called blinking, and that Matthew "must have copied it from another witch." But later in the series, every warlock encountered by the Charmed Ones had the ability to blink, and it was considered exclusively a warlock ability, meaning that no witch would have had it.
Wicca Envy: At the end of the episode, when Leo and Piper are saying goodbye he reaches out and touches her face, but when the angle changes his hands are instantly back at his side.
The Wendigo: Approximately 10 minutes into the episode, the Haliwells are in the kitchen getting breakfast. Whilst sitting at the table, Piper is heard to say "it's not, it's fine", but her lips don't move.
Secrets and Guys: In this episode, Leo tells Phoebe that white lighters are sent to their charges by "a group of elder white lighters known as the founders." However, by later seasons in the series, the word "founders" was never used. The leaders of the white lighters were simply known as the "elders." Leo also tells Phoebe that she and her sisters "were never supposed to find out" about his identity as a white lighter. But again in later seasons, most witches are aware of their white lighters. Otherwise, how would white lighters always be getting called by name by their charges?
That '70s Episode: In this episode, the Charmed Ones travel into the past, to 1975. Prue explains to Piper that one of the reasons Patty became a waitress was because, "With Dad gone, she had to pay the bills somehow." However, Patty was in the earliest stages of her pregnancy in this episode, while episode 1-3: "Thank You For Not Morphing" established that Victor didn't leave the family until after Phoebe was born.
If the sisters are innately magical even without their powers, as we see when they go back to save Melinda in episode 3-4, how are Piper and Prue frozen by little Piper?
According to this episode, the binding spell that Grams cast on the sisters when they were children would be automatically unbound when she died. If this happened they would not have needed to read a spell to gain their powers in the pilot episode 'Something Wicca This Way Comes'.
When Bad Warlocks Go Good: Prue finds Brendan, as a warlock, over the corpse of Father Austin. He runs away and she pursues him. He insists that he "didn't hurt Father Austin. [He] found him like that." Prue counters, "Before or after you turned into a warlock?" His response is, "After. When I saw what [my brothers] did to him, I was crazed. The rage turned me into a warlock." So doesn't that mean that he found Father Austin before he turned into a warlock, not after?
When Brendon is about to sacrifice the young woman he has the tip of the dagger touching her chest in one shot and in the next shot, when Prue breaks open the door, it is about six inches above her. Also, when the victim is talking to Andy she says that she felt the tip of the knife, that he was about to drive it into her, but he was stopped by three woman.
The Power of Two: In the first shots of this episode, they show the ghost of Alcatraz and a soul collector. They failed to take away the shadows of both the ghost and the soul collector. There's a scene where a crowd of people are looking into the jail cell that the ghost and the soul collector are in. It shows no ghost, no soul collector and, importantly, no shadows. The next scene shows the ghost and the soul collector, and miraculously they have shadows.
Deja Vu All Over Again: In 'Deja Vu All Over Again' Tempest tells Rodriguez he has brought him back to the exact moment they met. Tempest first appeared to Rodriguez at midnight, but it's light outside when he says this.
In 'Deja Vu All Over Again', after Piper calls Phoebe it's an hour before she gets to Quake and only after that does Joanna arrive. During the third time they live the day Phoebe tells Piper to come home immediately when she calls, but Piper talks to Joanna before she leaves. If she was supposed to come home immediately why would she still be at the restaurant an hour later?
-----If anyone finds any of these 'bloopers' to be uncorrect or they don't make sense then don't blame me, i just found them on a website.
