i have some more season 2 bloopers! they are off a website that i found:
In the second season, Leo was suspended from his position as a whitelighter for a period of several weeks. But why didn't the Charmed Ones receive a substitute whitelighter during that time?
Witch Trial: When the book was taken, Phoebe had her necklace above her shirt, but when she ran downstairs, her necklace was underneath her shirt and then was back on top of her shirt again.
At the spiritual place Phoebe had tan marks, but later on she didn't have any tan marks.
Right after Grams says "I Love You" to the sisters at the end, we see a close-up of Phoebe. In this shot, you can see the tear in Prue's shirt, but immediately afterwards, there is a shot of Prue where it appears to be sewn or something.
Morality Bites: In 'Morality Bites', Phoebe has her premonition about being executed while watching a news report on a baseball player, right after she and the others punish Pratt. When she returns in time at the end of the episode, they all watch the news report first and only afterwards look out the window and see Pratt.
Phoebe was the first to get out of the kitchen, then Piper followed, and last was Prue, but when we see them running to the window, Phoebe is first, then Prue then Piper.
The Painted World: Phoebe had to touch both Jane and Malcolm for them to be trapped in the painting, so how come she didn't have to touch Piper and Prue for them to all be freed?
That Old Black Magic: Tuatha says that there is no such thing as a courage potion, and when the girls search the book of shadows they also say that there is no magical way of giving confidence. But in episode 1-11, 'Feats of Clay', Piper casts a confidence spell on Doug so he will stop breaking everything in the restaurant.
Reckless Abandon: Baby Matthew is supposed to be screaming his head off, when Prue levitated the contents of her purse to cheer him up. But she turns him to the camera and he is smiling.
Awakened: When the ninja doll's eyes first open, they're blue. Toward the end, when he sneaks into Nathan's hospital room to stab him, his eyes are brown.
Pardon My Past: The family tree shows the girl's father is Victor Jones. However, other episodes refer to him as Bennett or Halliwell. Also, on the family tree it shows that P. Bowen (past Prue) died in 1972. However, Prue was born in 1970 - not possible.
The family tree shows that Grams died in 1968 but the sisters were all born in the1970's. Didn't Grams raise the girls after Patty died in 1978?
According to the family tree viewed in this episode, Penny "Grams" Halliwell was born on 6/23/1937, and her daughter Patty, the Charmed Ones' mother, was born on 4/5/1950. In addition, Patty's father Jack was born in 1930. So, according to this, Penny gave birth to her daughter at age 12, while married to a 20 year old man. That's quite outlandish, to say the least.
On 2/17/1999, Phoebe realizes that her past self, P. Russell, died on that same date in 1924, and was the same age as Phoebe is now. According to the family tree she is looking at, P. Russell was born on 7/2/1894, meaning that she was 29 upon her death. But Phoebe was born on 11/2/1975, according to that same family tree, making her only 23 at the time of this episode.
The family tree was written in the same handwriting, and that includes that Grams died, so that would have meant that either Prue, Piper or Phoebe had written the family tree.
In the teaser, when Phoebe physically experiences a past memory, the left strap of her bra is pulled off her shoulder. She then collapses to the ground. When her sisters find her the bra strap is back up on her shoulder.
In the Manor, in 1924, P. Russell threw a fireball at P. Bowen, who disintegrated it with her cryokinetic power. They did this in front of dozens of mortals. Since both good and evil magical forces want to prevent magic from being exposed to the world, something like that would almost never happen. And even if it did, this was all very similar to what Phoebe and Paige did in the marketplace in episode 6-19:"Crimes And Witch-Demeanors," which immediately brought out the Cleaners to wipe everybody's memories of having witnessed magic.
Murphy's Luck: When Maggie Murphy climbs onto the ledge of the roof to jump off you can see the surface of the ledge dipping as if it was foam.
Chick Flick: In the teaser, Phoebe took off her messenger bag while she was sitting in the chair talking to Prue, and she left it there when she went up to get the door. For the rest of the scene at the house, including when Phoebe and Prue ran out of the door, Phoebe was not wearing the bag. Then, when we saw them outside immediately thereafter, Phoebe was wearing the bag again.
After Phoebe kisses Billy, she sees that the makeup over his lips has washed off and that they're in black and white again. While she applies more to him, the phone rings, Billy turns his head, and his lips are normal. In the next shot, they're back to being in black and white.
Ex Libris: The sheet-covered body of Charlene that is being moved by the police has obviously got a head, despite the fact that she was meant to have been decapitated.
Charlene said that she could remember up to when she picked up the encyclopaedia, however when they were retracing her steps, she couldn't remember where it was.
After the ghost chases Gibbs out of his pawn shop, and the police arrest him, his shirt goes from being on fully to half-off between shots (particularly noticeable when Tyra's father tells him to burn in hell).
When Phoebe is talking to the ghost in the library, the librarian goes from writing to glaring at her and back again between various shots.
Astral Monkey: When Phoebe punches Dr. Williamson, it's easy to tell that she doesn't really punch him.
Be Careful What You Witch For: When Piper and Leo find the genie at the restaurant, look at the girl in the background, when Piper freezes the time, first she's talking to someone, then she's looking at a menu.
At the end of the episode, when Prue shuts the door magically it shows the inside of the house. There should be a doorway parallel to the front door that leads from the foyer into the dining room, but instead there is a wall.
-----If anyone finds any of these to be incorrect or they don't make sense, then don't blame me because i only found them on a website.
