I have found some season 3 bloopers on a website and i thought i would share them with you:
The Honeymoon's Over:
The timeline in the episode is inconsistent. Right after the first courtroom scene, we see the three sisters at home, and Phoebe says that "Cole was an angel in that courtroom yesterday." Later, Cole says that he regrets the criminal being let go, "today." But they are talking about the same events.
Piper reminds her sisters that when they visited the future, she and Leo were married. The episode in question is 2-2: "Reality Bites," and in that episode, Piper and Leo were not married, but divorced. So it doesn't make much sense for Piper to cite that as evidence that marriage might be the right path for her and Leo.
Magic Hour:
In this episode, Phoebe says "Grams, you were married four times." But in "Lost and Bound," Phoebe tells Cole that Grams was married six times.
When Piper and Prue are talking to Brooke outside, Piper's arms change from being crossed to having her hands on her hips between shots.
When the demon with the crossbow fires at the girls, you can hear the sound of arrows coming out of the crossbow. But when he fires at the owl, you can see him aiming and see the owl with the arrow in him, but you never hear the sound of it firing.
Once Upon a Time:
When the trolls attacked Piper outside P3, her bag got flung into the shadows, but in the next shot, her bag was right next to her, and in the light.
When Kate was drawing the trolls in one shot she had a skin coloured crayon, and in the next shot she had a purple crayon.
All Halliwell's Eve:
When Piper and Prue are standing in the bedroom with Charlotte, Prue's hand moves from covering her mouth in one shot, to being by her side in the next.
When the sisters first time travelled, and they hid in the bushes, the girls were standing next to each other, but in the next shot, they were standing behind each other, then they went back to standing beside each other.
When Leo dropped the Grimlock potion, it was obviously fake when it hit the ground.
Approximately four minutes into the episode, two demons go to the manor. Prue catches them and "throws" them to the one side. Her arm motion would fling them to the right, but they fly to the left.
Sight Unseen:
When developing a photo it's first put into a developer chemical, which shows the picture up, then a stop, which stops it from developing anymore, then a fix which "sets" the photo. But in the basement, Prue puts the exposed photo into a tray with chemicals in it where it starts to develop, then into a second tray where it develops fully.
When Phoebe, Piper and Prue get home to find the AC on, Phoebe said that every window in the house was open, but she was downstairs so she didn't know if the windows upstairs were open.
Primrose Empath:
When Prue is at the dentist, she grabs a guy and he says, "What, what did I do?" to his girlfriend, but his lips do not move.
When Prue is in the basement with the priest she has curly hair, but when she comes upstairs to vanquish Vinceres it is completely straight, but she definitely didn't have time to straighten it.
Power Outage:
Prue says that they should practice their demon counter attacks so that they can get a piece of Balthazar's flesh, as it "might be helpful for the potion". But in every future episode they say that the flesh is necessary for the potion.
During the training drill, Piper fumbles for a knife on a table in front of her. In the shot of the table, she loses hold of the knife as she pulls her hand up, but when we cut to a long shot, it is back in her hand.
When Astral Prue kicks Leo/Balthazar in the face during the training drill near the start of the episode, her foot misses his face yet he still reacts as if hit.
Alyssa's tattoo is visible when Phoebe leaves Cole's apartment after she fought with her sisters.
Sleuthing With the Enemy:
When Phoebe throws the potion at Cole's coat, the vial doesn't shatter, even though it sounds like it. Watch closely, and you'll see the purple, unbroken vial bounce off the coat and away out of shot without any of the potion touching the coat.
On the Balthazar page in the book of shadows it says that there is no way to vanquish him, but on the opposite page is a vanquishing potion.
When Cole / Belthazar grabs Phoebe to use her as a hostage, you can see, very obviously, that he doesn't pull her. Phoebe actually steps in front of him willingly, despite the look of fear on her face.
Coyote Piper:
At the beginning of this episode, Tara and Kierken are arguing and Kierken says that he could always "suck you into your little mixing bottle and start again." Then Tara says that "she has a better idea," and then she stabs herself. The life essence automatically flows out of her but the knife was still in her body. Later, the possessed business man stabs himself in front of Piper and she kneels down to see if he was okay and the essence flew into her, without the knife being removed from his body. At the end, when Leo comes down after Prue stabs the possessed Piper, he kneels over her, but the essence does not flow into him. It only flows into him after he takes the knife out of her body.
Prue knocked Piper unconscious in the cat fight (after the Coyote Dance), and asked Justin to carry her to the car. But when he is apparently lifting Piper up from the floor, you see Piper standing up by herself.
After Phoebe has her premonition in the mausoleum, she wipes away the dust from the crypt to reveal Cole's father's name. Just BEFORE they show her wiping the dust away, you can see the letters in the shot of her leaning against the crypt.
We All Scream for Ice Cream:
When Prue and Phoebe first enter the ice-cream van, we are told that their powers don't work in this dimension, but a few minutes later, Phoebe gets a premonition from the swingset - if their powers really didn't work, she wouldn't have been able to.
When the girls are saying goodbye to their father, Phoebe hugs him around the neck, then lowers her arms while they talk. When her father says "About anything," her left arm jumps back up to being around his neck, and in the next shot, it's down at the side again.
In episode 1-3, "Thank you for not morphing", Victor mentions that he wasn't sure that his daughters would be witches - only that there was a possibility. However, this episode indicates that Victor did know about his daughters' powers before he left the family.
Wrestling with Demons:
When Rasputin first lay on the couch, he was at the end of it, but two shots later he was suddenly in the middle of the couch.
Phoebe's hair got dyed back to a dark brown, but later on in this episode, her hair became blonde again, but she didn't dye it.
When Piper froze the demons (near the wrestling) one of the demons moved when she froze him.
Bride and Gloom:
When Prue talks about her relationship with Jason near the beginning of the episode, she says that she finds him to be very predictable, lacking in mystery or "savoir-faire." That doesn't make sense, though, as "savoir-faire" means "know-how." She probably meant "je ne sais quoi," that is, "I know not what."
The evil priestess steals the "Book of Shadows". After the sisters find her and vanquish her, they return home. The next scene shows them walking up to the attic (having just arrived home), but none of the sisters have the "Book of Shadows" with them.
Pre-Witched:
When Piper is sitting with Leo on the tailgate of the SUV, when shown from the front her hair is in front of her shoulder and ear, but from the back we see it tucked behind her ear. This switches constantly throughout the scene.
Sin Francisco:
When Prue and Piper leave to help the hostage, Piper asks Leo, "Do you think she's mad?" Her hair is in front of her shoulders. Immediately afterwards, she sits on the couch with Leo. Her hair is behind her shoulders.
During the scene where Piper is ordering merchandise from Bloomingdale's and Prue, she and Phoebe realize the "sin balls" infected them. Piper's hair constantly changes from being in front of her shoulders and behind them.
When Prue talks to Piper after stopping her phone conversation, she tells her that "the Sin Balls work a lot faster than [they] thought. Once infected, the victim only has a few hours before it drives them to total self-destruction." However, this is almost verbatim what was written in the Book of Shadows. It could be easily read by the viewing audience when the book entry was shown. So all three sisters should already know this.
Exit Strategy:
Piper says she wants to go to Paris by plane not by orbing, but in the episode "From Fear To Eternity" flying was Piper's greatest fear.
Look Who's Barking:
When the banshee came to the attic, she smashed all of the windows, except for some in the middle of the big window, but in the next shot that glass was gone.
When Phoebe and Prue look in the Book of Shadows for the spell to summon Belthazor, it is written with the same artistic calligraphy as the rest of the Book. But this spell was written by the sisters themselves in episode 3-8: "Sleuthing With The Enemy." As a result, it should have a handwritten appearance similar to the pages Phoebe was working on at the beginning of this episode.
All Hell Breaks Loose:
In the last scene when Prue and Piper are lying down to die, Leo should have come. Being their whitelighter, wasn't he supposed to be able to remember what happened even after time resets itself? If that was the case, he would have known they were going to be thrown against a wall and almost die.
When someone dies, the sisters can see their spirit, but when Piper died you couldn't see her spirit.
------If anyone finds any of them to be incorrect or they don't make sense, then don't blame me, i only found them on a website.
