Rose (McGowan) is one of the smartest individuals I've ever met in my life. She's a power reader. She can read a book in three hours, and she retains everything. She's lived all over the world."
Drew Fuller
Question - Who have been some of your main influences as a model and a person?
I've always admired Rose McGowan's photo shoots. She has so many diverse and exciting photos.
Brandie Elliott (Model)
Question: Do Alyssa and Rose give you a hard time about it?
All the time! Rose doesn't understand me at all on the shopping issue. She has all of these fashion magazines and she'll show me a picture of some outfit and say 'Come on, doesn't this do anything for you?' and I just don't get it. I'm like 'Honey I don't care either way.' Alyssa went shopping the other day and was showing Rose what she bought and was saying 'Isn't it cute?' and Rose was like 'Where did you get this stuff? I'm going to have get that' and they were talking about total girly stuff. I didn't even turn around and Rose was like 'Holly, don't you wanna see?' Holly Marie Combs
Question - What do you talk about while you're waiting to go and do a scene?
All kinds of stuff. If you could only hear the random conversation we have together. Rose came in the other day and she said to Alyssa 'Do you ever get popcorn down your boobs when you're at the movies? And Alyssa just screamed 'Yes!' And I was like 'No.' They both looked at me and were like 'right' because I obviously don't have that problem (laughs).

"Rose McGowan did a live chat with me on Yahoo at the Sundance Film Festival. I kept her cup, which had a lipstick stain on it. She's one of the smartest, sexiest women in this business.
David Poland (Journalist)
"Rose and I had a pretty tense relationship for a while but by the time we finished the film we were great friends. We're both the kind of people who speak first and think later."
Ethan Erickson (Dane Saunders - Jawbreaker)
"We went to this bar and she started dancing really sexy dancing to Iron Maiden, which I thought, if a girl can dance to Iron Maiden, this is the girl that I'm going to be with forever. "
Marilyn Manson
"Rose was always my first choice and she was, you know through the Hollywood crap and the bull that you gotta put up with. I had to go through a lot of stuff, jump through a lot of hoops and; but you know just kept saying, have faith we're gonna get her, we're gonna get her and it took, it was a long time coming. But she went into the project and she was, you know, she was Moira, she was Moira"
Michelle Gallagher (Strange Hearts - Director)
"The first time I met Rose she walked in the room and I was like, "this is Moira". Rose is a very delicate, very fragile looking creature and I find her a very solid, strong person inside all that. And as an actress from what I've seen, I'm not an expert on Rose McGowan as an actress, but this girl, she doesn't turn it on; she creates it. You know what I mean? It's not 'Ok now here's my big emotional scene' she works on it, she comes on set like that. She's very sense memory driven, I'd imagine, I don't know for a fact what she does. I don't ask them too much stuff about how they want to do it; I just want them to do it. And she can run the gamete like in seconds but it's not, it's not like she turns on a switch, it's so there and she knows the character so well that she's ready. There are some scenes in this thing where you wanna just take her in your arms, you know. She made me cry one day, on set during one scene, I mean I wept like a baby! I mean, first of all, to see Rose do Moira, which is the ultimate Moira and nobody else could have done this part like Rose; and then the performance, you know. We all looked down, and my cameraman, Chris Hayes, and our focus puller second, Cal Roberts, were both crying and I thought to myself "Ooo we got it!". It's amazing even Adam got a little over clamped on that one and I knew we had it. She is a beautifully emotional actress, and she is just a stunning, stunning creature. What a beautiful girl you know, she really is she's very special."
Michelle Gallagher (Strange Hearts - Director)
"Rose McGowan was born to play Courtney"
Darren Stein (Jawbreaker - Writer and Director)
Question - Many people know you as the man of 999 faces. You got that reputation because you like to dress up as a certain character for special events. My favourite is how you were called by Rose McGowan to perform as Austin Powers at Marilyn Manson's 30th birthday at his house in the Hollywood Hills. Please tell us a little bit about this evening?
I was called by my look-alike agent, back when I was doing look-alike work, to do a birthday party for a mysterious rock star. All the agent told me was that his girlfriend Rose set the whole thing up. Of course I put 2 and 2 together and realized it was probably Manson. It was a pretty low-key party all in all. Nothing like what I expected of Marilyn Manson. Everybody was nice and polite, and we had a great time.
Wally Wingert
Question - Did Rose McGowan get to keep her cat suit?
I don't know if she got to. She certainly deserved to!
Henry Selick (Monkeybone - Director)
Question - What can the fans expect Rose to bring to the series?
I think Rose will bring an edge to the series.
Alyssa Milano
Question - Has Rose been subject to any special hazing rituals as the new actor on the series?
Not specifically, but doing all the green screen work and stunts is a whole new thing for her. That stuff alone can be a bit torturous.
Alyssa Milano
Question - In my mind there’s a Charmed locker room where all of you get undressed together. Please tell me I’m wrong?
There is a degree of truth to that. Rose [McGowan] is modest, but Shannen [Doherty] and Alyssa [Milano] would change in front of me in a heartbeat. They’re talking to you and suddenly the clothes are coming off. I guess it’s an actress thing, but I can’t talk to you when your tits are hanging out.
Holly Marie Combs
Question - Is it daunting to have a show resting on your shoulders rather than being part of the cast?
Physically yes, psychologically no, because I've always said that I wanted to try everything, and it feels like an accomplishment. But, physically, I gained a lot of respect for Sarah Michelle Gellar and Rose McGowan [of Charmed] and other women who headline shows. We were doing 16-hour days every day Monday to Friday for eight months, and I'm in every single frame of every single shot. I would whine sometimes when I was driving home at eight o'clock on a Saturday morning feeling like a crack-head going to bed while everyone else was waking up to start their day.
Eliza Dushku
"Oh, you hear all sorts of things about Rose McGowan, about how strange she is, but she was the greatest, greatest – and I don’t just say this lightly – she was so wonderful. I really understood her... We were always in Rose McGowan’s trailer, and we’d forget that they need us, and the next thing you know they were looking for us… you get in trouble if you do that! We were very naughty, Ivana and I."
Melissa George
"Rose McGowan in a Basque is soft porn for teenage boys. But you know it's that Kelly Osborne element as well she dresses like girls wanna dress these days. That's how girls want to see themselves"
Emma Jones (Writer/Broadcaster)
"Every time we've had to do anything with Rose, whether it's a little punch or something, she's done a great job"
Noon Orsatti (Charmed - Stunt co-ordinator)
"Alyssa and I have been doing this for so long that it's kind of second nature for us to do the green screen and to do the special effects and to do like the silly poses. It doesn't feel silly to us; but then we see, you know, Rose who's never done this before and she feels, you know, very awkward calling for things. But, you know, in that way it works for her character because she's very awkward with her powers, so she's kinda awkward with the movement"
Holly Marie Combs
Rose McGowan is a friend of a friend, and I wanted to do a track about superficiality in Los Angeles. So we thought who better to do it than a very witty Hollywood actress. So Rose and I got together and I said "Do you wanna do something with spoken word?" and she said "I can sing!"
Interviewer - Yeah, I heard her on Jimmy Kimmel the other night and she just started singing for a little bit just for fun.
Yeah she's great man, she's got a great voice! I was like "OK cool, come and sing!" so everything was really organic.
