I'm very overweight and I really want to lose it but i just don't know how...I've tried dieting...doesn't work. My moms like you just need to cut back and exercise. Well, on even days I work out for 5.5 hours and on odd days I work out for 2 hours and ITS NOT WORKING!!! I don't know what to do. I'm even to embarrassed to go to homecoming because of my weight issue. It stops me from doing a lot of things and I don't know what to do. It's affecting me so much with the teasing and no guy looking my way....Can someone please help me because I honestly don't no what else to do.

Hey,
I'm not really sure what you can try. I would just eat healthy, and exercise. It may not work at first, but it will eventually. Sometimes it takes your body a while to adjust. I'm sorry I'm not much help, but I'm not the most qualified on this subject. Sorry.
This question is open for anyones help...I'm not sure what to suggest.

Agree with Tresier, if some boy wants to choose looks over heart, then he most definately is a fool. You will always always always find someone in your life that thinks you are attractive. Losing Weight Without Dieting - it works, you just have to believe in yourself Stop eating scraps and scrap your diet! Dieting doesn't work, as studies have proven. The weight just doesn't stay off - people who have dieted regain between a third and two-thirds of the weight they lost within twelve months. - Aim for the most comfortable weight you can be, accepting your natural body shape and size.
- Replace dieting with natural eating, where no foods are forbidden.
- Eat according to your hunger, eating only when hungry; eat more slowly.
- Stop eating when you feel full.
- Don't put your life on hold while you try to reach your goal weight.
- Find an activity you can do when you feel down or under pressure. Don't rely on food if you feel stressed.
- Find an exercise you enjoy and do it regularly. Even 10 minutes of movement is better than none. Power walking is one of the best ways to burn off fat.
- Drink plenty of fluids.
- Eat more carbohydrate snacks like bananas and baked potatoes and fewer high-fat snacks.
- Cutting down on fats is one of the best ways to shed weight.
- Allow yourself to love food.
Eating Right, Simply- Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and cereal foods
- Eat moderate amounts of meat, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy foods
- Eat less fat, oil, sugar and salt
- Eat the things you enjoy
- Fresh is best
- Take time to eat - sit down
- Eat when you are hungry - not when you are bored
- A treat a day keeps madness at bay
- Never feel guilty
- Don't diet - ever
Listen to you body. Work with it by feeding it healthy food and exercising regularly. And remember that nobody is perfect - and no body is perfect.

:-/Adding just alittle to what Thunda said, eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. THis helps to keep the metabolism going. Also, make good food choices- healthy snacks. If you have carbs, go for complex instead of simple ones. Drink plenty of fluid and avoid the sodas (empty calories). Lastly, don't deprive yourself of foods. If you want chocolate, have it but in MODERATION. Good luck
was this okay to post? I just read the announcements. Sorry for stepping on someone else's toes. I can delete this post if you would like. After all, I'm not one of the advice columnists. No hard feelings.
