anyway i am overloaded with school work bible study, my wiccan studies and half my other fourms...lisa's back so thats the only good news i've got so far but higshhcool's gonna kill me soon

Dear Christy Jenkins, Tell you what,everyone face the same problems,I do too!And sometimes me too,can't help but feeling that I might blow up.Here are some tips on how to coop with this situation: 1.Try to take everything easy,kick back and relax once you feel you cannot take it any more. 2.Take a nice long hot shower ,this will help you to relax both physically and mentally/ 3.try to talk to someone about how you feel.Don't take everything on your own,you are not a Superhuman,you can ask for help. 4.On some music in the background,it won't be necessary too loud to drown every noise,and definitely no rock music that make you cannot concentrate,just some music that makes you feel good. 5.Try to come up with a time table.It can help you to manage your time,and then you'll notice that you are able to do more things in a day than you think you can. 6.Involve in sports.Let alone it is a football match once a week,or just a bicycle rite,you will find that once you exercise,you will feel as good as new. 7.Do not think works as your bounden duty,think it as what you want.There is always a different between someone who forced to fight and someone who willing to fight voluntary. 8.Have a good laugh.Whether is watching the dumpiest movie or having the most stupid joke with your friends,just laugh out loud and don't care about what others' view.(Crying works the same too!) 9.Try to have time for our favorite things once a week,as the topic goes,all works and no play makes Jack a very dull boy.Have time for yourself no matter what! PS:Remember no matter how cranky you are,do NOT take it out on your love ones.It hurts them more than you ever think it will. PS(again):Do NOT take your anger out on animals(e.g.you pets)because they are living things too.They can feel pain.
