For the past few days I have had a really bad cold and yet I have still had to try and do work, so what should I do to stay awake?

Dear Overly Stressed,
First off sorry you are ill and my advice to you is if you are ill then you shouldn't be working but if you have to then i would bring medicine to work and drink coffee to keep you awake, i hope you feel better soon.

Oh well in that case you really should not be in work if you are ill and i don't drink coffee either but most people do so i just thought lol

If you are still sick and stressed out, maybe you shoudl try to take it easy for a few days. Try to go to bed a bit eailer than ususal. I hope you feel better *Amy*

Dear Overly stressed, I suggest eating plenty of Kiwi fruit and potato skins as they have more vitamin C in than Oranges. Have a face steam and a bath and you will feel much better. Make sure you try not to get too stress oh and watch an episode of Charmed - that always works for me!! ha ha.
