I have been looking for ages! Do any of you know where I can send my movie,tv,sitcom, soap scripts to? I was also wondering if you knew any production companies will accept movie scripts from regular people like us? I really have a lot of good ideas for movies and stuff ,but I never can figure out where to send my ideas to!!! Can any of you help me?

I'm not sure, but I think you need to be represent by someone in order to have opportunities to submit your work.
There will be times when there are contests where you might be able to send in your scripts, but that is not too common from my knowledge.
Don't take my word for this. It is possible that there are some places where you can submit your work, but I think if they did that the production companies would be swamped with many scripts to read. So I don't believe that there is a site where you can just send in your ideas or anything like that. Again, I can't guarentee this! lol.

Well Thanks anyways, but I just think there has to be some sorta site that takes your scripts and sells them to some sorta production company or something and send you the money. I mean how else would directors and people make it big?

As I said, I believe they have someone that represents them. If you have someone that represents you, they will get you connections & ways to make your scripts come to life. I'm not sure there is an easy way to do that on your own.
That's the way it seems to work with a lot of things now a days. Right now I'm about to go offline, but later I'll research this a bit and let you know what I find.

The only reason that I'm worried about it costing, is the fact I'm only at the meesly age of 14. I ain't old enough to get a job, nor can I do rarely anything to get money. My family definitely doesn't have the money for weekly allowance lol. That's why I was hoping I could just find a website that coudl give me some sorta agent who will sell my movie/tv ideas. Thanks for looking that was sweet of you, which you're Val so of course your sweet lol!
I also was trying to find a free trial or free full download script making program? cause I need to make my ideas into an appropriate script format lol.

I'm sorry, but I really don't know of any script making programs I understand your concern about money. I completely understand why you would like to just send it into a website for free. That defintely seems a lot more preferable lol. But in today's world, sadly things seem to cost a lot of money (especially in the world of movies & producing). I definitely wouldn't give up looking for a free way to do it. But it seems like (at least in general) this type of thing costs a lot of money. Don't give up looking though!

Thanks, I downloaded a few programs for script making, but they all seem to either be demo's or they won't open?

I'm sorry I can't really help you with that . Sadly I don't know anything about those types of programs. Sorry!

Final draft is a program that helps you put up a script in the correct format. Even though it's a demo, it's possible to print out the script without "final draft" watermark covering everything. It's a great program and it costs nothing if you use the demo.
