I have read about this in a few places recently, and it is now confirmed to be true. There is an over obsessive fan that is stalking Alyssa (Jeff Turner), and has tried to break into her home. He has showed up at her home, and bypassed security in attempts to see her. Here is a link to an article about it: www.tmz.com/2008/12/05/milano-to-judge-i-need-a-restraining-order/I also clicked on the link to the documents that were filed: www.aolcdn.com/tmz_documents/1205_milano_wm.pdfIt all sounds very scary. Alyssa truly seems to be afraid for her own saftey, as well as her family's. I hope she is able to get a restraining order and keep herself and her family safe.

oh geez I just watched it... he´s totally crazy. But what really made me sick are the comments of the most of the people. Many agree with him instead of Alyssa and then also insult Alyssa.

1) He sounds like that wrestling promoter Paul Heyman trying to be an evil character.
2) How does he know they have guns in the house if he was never inside!?
3) He talks about Alyssa like he's even been a part of her life at all, let alone part enough to be able to talk seriously about loving her and marrying her.
4) He was never invited or welcomed anywhere near her home, not to mention she's frickin' engaged, bub! Clearly she doesn't reciprocate, and nor does anyone in her family! Jeff Turner might as well get outta here, go over to some hotel, and find somebody who will be so loose for him!
You know, it's not just because it's Alyssa Milano that he's clearly mistaken if he thinks anybody sane is gonna buy his crap. So him I'm not worried about. This restraining order is going in the books and is going in perpet But how some posters say that it serves her right, that she sleeps with countless men in the acting business (newsflash, idiots: playing sensuous characters on TV does not a slut make!), or that she deserved to be punished beacuse they don't like Chamed, is really what gets me. We now see the adverse effect of the power of the Internet, which actually proves right here quite disturbing. Because now, it's acceptable as a member of society to express your dislike for somebody who quite clearly has done nothing with evil intentions at heart by actually wishing that this crazy stalker had gotten to her. Why? Because they're rich and famous, and as long as you're typing this sickening thought through a keyboard, you're totally anonymous.
I don't think celebrities are the be-all, end-all of this world. No one is. I admire them based on how good they really are in my opinion at what they do (whether that be acting, music, playing some sort of sport, etc.) and the kind of person they show themselves to be, not based on how many people just flock to their feet at all times. But even when we're talking about a celebrity that I dislike or that I don't rate highly based on any of these things, unless they've done enough evil shit to even slightly compare to what I see the Bush presidency as, you can guarantee 100% that I have way too many better things to do with my time than to wish death or harm upon them. Why? Because even as my life isn't exactly very active, the fact still remains that I actually have one.
Maybe if some of these idiots learned what that means, they wouldn't be misanthropic enough to wish evil things upon others whose lives right away become defined clearly as better than their own. And maybe those celebrities' lives wouldn't actually be intrinsically better than theirs. Maybe they'd just be richer and more famous and that would be the only difference. But the way these certain bass-ackward fools now reduce the quality of their personhood to wishing death and stalking upon others more fortunate than themselves, I can honestly say that almost anybody's life would be truly better than them.
