Have any of you seen this awful kidnapping story about Jaycee Dungard? She was kidnapped at 11, and was now found at 29. She had her first child with her rapist abductor at the age of 14 (her two daughters are now 15 and 11). It's just such a heartwrenching story. I hope her and her daughters are able to get past the horrible trauma they've been put through. www.nytimes.com/2009/08/28/us/28abduct.html?hp

It's really frightening that people can manage to keep others captured for so many years without anyone noticing... how horrible this must be and how hopeless you gotta feel... it's really creepy
I'm glad they sorta made it... and I hope they'll be able to live a "normal life" one day...

I think it's so crazy and scary. I mean.. it's great that she survived. But what a horrible way to live for 18 years. And her daughters.. they never knew anything different. Hopefully they're all able to adjust and live happy lives. They're all still young, so hopefully they can move on. But I imagine it won't be easy

That's crazy! I can only imagine what that women and her two daughters went through. It must of been terrible for them. I hope they find the strength to move on and keep pushing forward to someday find a way to live a normal life.
