i have a question for everyone.is there really true psyhsic powers like the ones phoebe had permotions?can someone in ur dreams that u r dreaming about feel the same thing that u r feeling after the dream is over with?would someone please explain that to me?

Yes I do believe in that. My mom had seen her accident before it happened once. And I keep getting this bad feeling about something before my accident and keep on dreaming about one.

Maybe it will come true. I don't think something like that has ever happened to me, but then again, i've never been in a terrible accident.

I have had dreams that came to pass. I have them about my brother all the time. He use to think that I was crazy but not anymore. If I tell him he should not do that because I had a dream that this was going to happen he listens to me now. I geuss you would call that an extreme tie to my brother. It scares me sometimes because they always seem to be bad things that are going to happen.
I once read that if you have dreams about family that they were more likely to come true than if it were about some total stranger. But everyone has different outlooks on this.

I'm sure some people can have some of psychic ability.
Read some of Psychic Slyvia Browne books. She's been having visions since she was 5 years old. And she has a high precentage of accuacy in her visions. But no one's visions are 100%.
