Now on the entire run I didn't see a handicapped witch. So out of all of the charges whitelighters get statistically there should be handicapped charges or do the whitelighters heal them? But if they can heal a charge of a handicapped would that mean they could alter their charge's genetics or deformeties say like a missing arm? what are your thoughts?

This is an interesting topic. I am really not sure. Since it is not shown at all in the show, it's something that you can just really imagine. Maybe the Whitelighters could just heal them, but I'm not sure. Or you could just assume that maybe we didn't see when they ran into a handicapped witch. At times they will jump through time in Charmed a bit (like when they skipped the first 6 months of Holly's second pregnancy), so we wouldn't see all of the innocents that they may have saved during that time.

I agree and that is most definately a good reason for not seeing that happen. I do think that maybe they should have shown something like that. What if they had a handicapp that could be healed that you can not see like something mental. Maybe it is an Elders place to fix the handicapps. They have the power to do that don't they?
