Hi everyone this thread is all about how Charmed has helped you through your problems or changed your life.

Charmed has helped me through my problems because when my dad died about two years ago Charmed helped me through it by taking me just for an hour to this place where all my fears and worries were gone and it was just me and the show.

Charmed is one of those shows that no matter how old i am i will still remember how much it helped me through that really hard time for me.

Charmed's changed my life because it did what it did for ^her. . . put me in my own world were imagination was open and no problems existed. Also I had something to look forward to every Sunday. But it's taught me many lessons about life, love, and family. It also brought new people in my life that I don't know how I got by without knowing them. . . . me and a couple people are so VERY close. . . .we've known each other for around 3 years now. It's also put me through some experiences that are hell to go through, but looking back on some parts, I wouldn't take it back. . . .

Actually, it changed my life because had I not had an interest in Charmed, I never would have found proboards! And I like proboards a lot.

Charmed changed my life. It introduced me to Holly Marie Combs. Shes kind both in real life and in the show, the way she dealt with her hard times, and just her humor. I can't stop watching Charmed. I'll admit that I am OBSESSED!

Charmed definitely affected my life. For one, when I found Charmed (through reruns), I was going through a quite difficult time in my life. A little ways through watching the show, I had very very serious knee problems that I needed surgery for. I was on bed rest for 2 months. That's a really really long time.

So watching the show, being able to laugh and just see these characters that I had grown to love was amazing. Laying in a bed for 2 months means a lot of TV lol.

Second, it brought me to create Charmed Destinys. Charmed Destinys has become a big part of my life. I love this site, and all of the amazing members. Without Charmed I never would have come to create it. I started to express a different side of me (I guess a more artistic side) online through webdesign, and coding.

Charmed brought me to all of that, as well as to all of you .

Charmed changed my life for all my children moved out and it helped me get through them times. It kept me company. Not only that I recieved all of you in my life and it gave me such good friends to talk to and I thank all of you for that.

I don't think that I would have ever thought to look for a Charmed forum without them. I would not trade the time that I have spent with you all for anything or watching Charmed. I have met alot of wonderful people thanks to Charmed.

if i had'nt got so hooked on charmed i would never of got myself a laptop to look on the net for charmed stuff , so would never of found Charmeddestinys site and so would not of found you guys my friends

Okay well here starts a very long maybe bad english story.. You will see..


Okay where shall i start. I had a very hard time in my life. I was 4 when it started and still is happening. People always said bad words to me like: Your a pig, Your ugly, Go away you fat ass. These are just some words. The rest is to hard. They kicked me always when i walked by. Even the teacher let me fall down when i was walking by. It was a horrible life! ( Still is because i have a trauma about it.. so) I was a total lost soul. I even wanted to kill myself 1 time.. But i didn't because i saw before i was gonna do it Holly. I have no idea how but she made me not do it. I saw a peace full family that cared about eachother. Then i got on the internet and looked up what sort of show it was. I saw it was called Charmed so i looked up for pictures. I was happy! Then i had to do a little presentation for my class. ( I hated them and still do but well..) I had to do it together with a girl. She is all in the Wicca. When we did the presentation.. They said i did not much that day.. They told me i did nothing and that i did not know anything. But i did..! I knew a lot about the Wicca around that time. So after the whole day the girl told the teacher she was not happy with the thing i got for it... I did get a 6.5 and she did get a 9. So she was angry! So afther that i talked to my teacher and we came up with a little plan. So she let me do a presentation about Charmed. And that was perfect.. Only the people of my class they did weard.. And they were very strange.. They told me after it outside the class i was a freak.. And that made me make my own forum! It was a dutch forum at that time about Charmed.. And i had it for a year.. But then it sort of died.. But that is beside the whole change life.

Since Charmed i got friends.. Real friends! My best Friends EVER!!!! Because they came from very far.. But we had one thing in comment! WE LOVE CHARMED!! We are still friends! We have been trough alot.. But well who doesn't .. I have done my own Meetings with people and came in contact with more friends!
Now i got more friends i could ever imagine to have!

Because of Charmed I became a website maker!
Because of Charmed i learned to make images!
Because of Charmed i can make artwork!
Because of Charmed i finally know the internet!

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted a closer family I live with my mum and step dad and none of us are very close (not that I don't try) my mum is always with the horses and my step dad is always asleep or drinking. I visit my dad and step mum on the weekend and never want to go home because it is so fun there and I will soon have my first sibling after fifteen years of waiting even though it will only be a half brother but it is so much better than nothing ( I am so exited he is due on the 15th of September). So when I went home Charmed gave me a family and sisters. Whenever I am lonely I just watch charmed and I feel like I am a part of their family. It has also driven me even more to want that type of a family when I am older lots of kids a husband that is around and interacts with the kids. Charmed has also helped me in choosing a career I either a journalist or scriptwriter and producer. That is why I am obsesses with Charmed.
